I started using your DVD on March 29, 2007. I was 5’4”, 180lbs and never really bodyweight exercised much. I made a commitment to your program and these are the results as of today 5/11/2007. With clean eating and the Medium Security Fitness Level I am now 153lbs. (lost 27lbs) and my waist went from 40” to 36”.
What I like best about the program is no equipment. I sit at a desk in our office, an insurance agency. I can go in the back and do abs, pushups, squats etc. ANYTIME. There is no excuse not to fit this in.
Give yourself and your staff a high five for an excellent product!! By the way, I have never written to someone about a product even if I like it or not. This is a first!

I really let myself go. Aggression was let out at the dinner table instead of on the mat. After making a month commitment to serious training with the Prisonyard Workout my level of fitness improved dramatically. Cranking out chins and pushups is a much healthier stress reliever. The program is simple and effective, but it is quite challenging and gives you real world fitness.

I am a middle 20's male who is stuck in an office for up to 10 hours and have a two hour commute (1 hour each way). At the end of the day, there is not much time for anything else when family is brought into the picture. That is where the Prison Yard Workout comes into play. I use this at work in the supply room on my breaks and in my bedroom before retiring for the evening. It does not take a lot of time or equipment to do this workout and is extremely challenging. Since starting the routine, I have lost a total of 24 pounds and have increased my strength tremendously. I think that this is the perfect workout routine if you don't mind being seen doing decline pushups of the supply racks. I know I don't.

Efficient, Intense, and Effective is how I describe this DVD. If you want to change your body composition and your LiFE this is the only dvd you need to buy.In just 15 days doing the level 1 program "Minimum Security Fitness" I have lost 14 lbs working out only 3 times a week without the need of equipment, Gym membership, and a Personal Trainer. We'll to sum it up, it works. i'm a 27year old Mixed Martial Arts Fighter. I started this program as a heavyweight206-265lbs contender now i am middleweight 176-185lbs. The prison yard workout brought back memories of when i was in naval boot camp, and i just watched the pounds shed and the more flabby areas start to become more tighter and toned up. i love the new cut up feeling and I will continue to use this as a key partin my training from now on.

The Prisonyard Workout is one of the best workout's I've ever had. It's given me different definition, muscles that I've never worked before. I got really quick results. My endurance is better, it really is a fantastic workout! It made me feel healthy, it had me increase my protein, and not so much carbs.
It's a very inspiring and motivating workout. I'd recommend this to my mother, I'd like to see her doing push-ups on the stairs and jumping-jacks, anyone can do it!

I'm a wellness consultant and personal trainer, I've been involved in the athletic arena for twenty years. In addition I'm an expert rated certified personal trainer and a certified NESTA Lifestyle and Weight Management coach. I was ten pounds heavier, I wasn't exercising, and I wasn't disciplined. I'd been sitting around all winter watching movies on HBO. The Prisonyard Workout is just in a league of its own, it's absolutely AMAZING!! It's unbelievable. If you look at me now, and look at me before, I feel like I'm thirty years old.
The other night a girl who was like twenty-two years old came up to me and said "Can I have your phone number?" Let's put it this way, I don't need any supplements besides this strength training workout DVD.

I had a couple favorite parts of the strength training workout DVD, one of them was the fact that there was something challenging in each day. I also liked the fact that rather than worrying about adding ten to twenty pounds to some machine all I have to do is notch it up a rep or two and I can build my strength as I go.
Truthfully, I've never been a big gym guy. This was awesome because I could do it on my own, I could do it with somebody, I didn't have to have any fancy gadgets, and I could increase it as I went and that built strength. I may not look incredibly massive, but I am much stronger than when I started.
No gym, no memberships, just you and the strength training workout DVD, GO FOR IT!!

I'm an International track star, I've been running for twenty years. I own forty-eight National records, I'm the only California State Champion three years in a row. I own the World Record, I'm a three time World Champion Sydney Australia the 400 meters, the 4x4, and the 4x1. I'm also a three time Pan American Champion in Santiago, Chile.
What really struck me about this workout is dealing with my stabilizer muscles, because most athletes get their muscles extremely strong but their connecting muscles, the stabilizers are weak so they tend to injure themselves this way.
After watching the DVD I realized I gained more strength because of the stabilizers.
The Prisonyard workout is going to take me to the next stage towards my Olympic goal which is breaking the world record in the 400 meter, the bodyweight exercises are going to get me closer to that goal!

I can finally get in shape anywhere I am and get my workout in everyday. You can't even walk into a gym for the price of this DVD. You can do the same workout and get very aerobic with it as you would at the gym with lighter weights, but now you can just do it at home.
This is really great for toning.

I have carpal tunnel that is so bad I had to go through 8 weeks of physical therapy, but now with these bodyweight exercises it's helped to alleviate the pain. My friends say I have more energy, and I can tell because I feel a lot better. I'm much trimmer and my clothes feel a lot better. It's nice to have some space in your pant legs.
What's cool is it doesn't matter if you're a big man or a little tiny girl, these bodyweight exercises work on everyone. It's amazing to not have to go to the gym and work on all these weird machines that I don't understand. This workout is for everyone, everyone should do it!

Let me start by saying freedom feels good....Really Good! What am I talking about?The freedom from the chains of limitations. Freedom from boring unproductive workouts.Freedom to feel you can do whatever you focus on. This is just the start of how your workouts made me feel.Awesome...Yeah. Functional... You bet. Someone once said fear is the unknown.Well with these anywhere, anytime workouts,that's one fear...no more.To know you can get an ass-kicking,muscle building workout whenever-wherever 24-7...now that's freedom! Since starting the Prison Yard Workout, I've discovered the onlychains (limitations) are those we make ourselves.
Having lost 10 pounds of dough-boy fat to replace itwith lean, real-world muscle-endurance helping me to keep up with guys half my age. My name is Victor L. Perez, I'm 43 yrs old. I'm married with three kids and my ocupation is Computer Operator. I started using Prison Yard Workout 30 days ago and I have to honestly say that PYW is a very simple but effective method of exercising. All the bodyweight exercises are excellent but the ones that have been more effective for me are the Chest and Abs routines. I have a more defined stomach, my six pack is beggining to come out, my chest looks bigger and more defined.
If people will realize the effectiveness of these methods the health clubs and gyms will be out of business. Overall I feel and look much better.

After receiving the Prison Yard Workout DVD in mail, I was not surprised at all to see that 90% of the bodyweight exercises are movements that I've been doing for years. I was a Prison Guard when the weights were taken out of the prisons. The inmates that swore my the bodyweight bodyweight exercises always had the more functional physiques anyway.
Then the others had to find out what it's all about. I was locked up a couple years ago and these kinds of bodyweight exercises made me come out of jail with a rock-hard body that everyone noticed. I fully endorse this workout.I'm living proof of it's effectiveness.People are always very surprised to find out that I'm a middle-aged grandparent. Plain and simple.

As an athelete it is important to keep myself in top physical condition. As a tennis player, I was looking for more endurance and the ability to hit a stronger ball. I worked out at the gym along with my dailytennis practice but still felt I needed to do more. My legs were always getting a great workout but my upperbody was not. I started using The Prison Yard Workout in early 2007 and I can tell you that I am now in top physical condition. The Prison Yard Workout added 20 MPH to my serves! I will continue to use this great DVD!!

This is one of the best bodyweight exercise strength training workout DVDs I've ever purchased. All other companies say that you need to buy other equipment that isn't necessary. I personally realized at the gym years ago that I could lift 220 lbs. on a lat pull down machine but could barely do 2 pull-ups weighing 187 lbs. Something clicked in my head so this is right up my alley. So now I can do more than 2 pull-ups and I noticed at the gym that I am the only one that does pull-ups. Nobody tries them because they can't and/or to hard. I like a real work-out and getting real strength and results from it and the Prisonyard Workout gives me exactly that.

After one month of using the prison yard workout bodyweight exercise dvd i could feel the myself get stronger, I lost all the fat around my body while also putting on plenty of muscle. I'm know feeling confident, looking great and in the best physical shape of my life. Every time I play sport I can feel myself out muscleing my opponenent and I'm full of energy. Everyone keeps asking what my secret to getting in shape and looking so great is and it feels great to be directing everyone to the prison yard workout. This workout program has changed my life hugly for the better.
